Our facility was under 100% Focused Medicare Review prior to ReDoc implementation; 1 month following ReDoc implementation we were taken off Focused Medicare Review. Timeliness of reports has increased to same-day reports. Overall reporting is quick, timely; has increased efficiency of staff. Noted continuity of care benefits where covering staff can better address the treatment needs of patients given the quick and current access to electronic patient information. Before using the ReClaim Module, I didn't know when to use the CPT Billing modifiers. Now, it's a breeze with ReClaim. Based on what procedures I performed, ReClaim notifies me when I need to add the billing modifiers. One less reason for bills to be denied!
