Ease of installation and maintenance. Implementation plans for clients of all sizes are structured to minimize the demands on local IT Staffs. Installation of the application is accomplished using an install wizard. All components are designed to work harmoniously with other networked applications. TRDC Technical support staff provided telephone technical support for all application components, limiting the responsibility of local IT Staff to hardware and network infrastructure.
Use of ubiquitous infrastructure. Applications within the ReDoc Suite run on Windows/Intel hardware, and Microsoft TCP/IP or Novell networks.
Robust interface and integration components. An HL7 interface engine, as well as customized interfaces, are available to facilitate integration with other applications to exchange patient demographics and billing information. TRDC staff are available to work with both the client and the vendor staff supporting the other interfaced applications for effective interface planning and implementation. Through the use of the
ReDoc Electronic Signature module, therapy reports may be posted in network directories for viewing by users outside the therapy department.
