ReDoc offers the following options for training and implementation:
- Remote Clinical and Workflow Training
- On-Site Technical Readiness Assessment
- On-Site Clinical and Workflow Training
Remote Training is performed over the Internet and telephone by one of ReDoc's experienced therapist (Client Advocate). The number of hours needed to train the clinic's staff, based on its size and components purchased, will be determined at the time of the sale.
Your clinical staff will be trained in the most effective and efficient ways to use the clinical components and/or the Modules (ReClaim, ReSig, Scheduler, Interface, etc.) of ReDoc Software. In more complex environments, the Client Advocate will manage the project remotely with a sequence of well-planned and coordinated events between all involved parties at the clinic, including but not limited to, the rehab director, clinical staff, clerical staff, and IT personnel and billing office to facilitate a smooth transition.
A ReDoc Interface and Configuration Specialist will come on-site to verify with the Client's IT person the "technical readiness" of your organization. This will assist your clinic in preparation for the on-site visit from one of ReDoc's experienced therapist (Client Advocate). The number of days needed for the Specialist to be on-site will be determined at the time of sale.
One of ReDoc's experienced therapist (Client Advocate) will work through the details and project planning with the client's project leader from the point-of-sale to the go-live date. The Client Advocate and the client's project leader will manage the implementation and training with a sequence of well-planned and coordinated events between all involved parties at the clinic, including but not limited to, the rehab director, clinical staff, clerical staff and IT personnel and billing office to facilitate a smooth transition. The number of days needed for the Client Advocate to be on-site, based on its size and components purchased, will be determined at the time of the sale.
