ReDoc offers clinical and workflow support as well as technical support.

Clinical and Workflow Support

One of ReDoc's experienced therapist (Client Advocate) will be available Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST. 

The Client Advocates can assist in helping you modify your workflow process, using ReDoc more effectively, and obtaining clarification on professional and clinical documentation issues.

Technical Support

One of ReDoc's experienced technical support team members (Technical Specialists) will be available Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 7:00 am CST to 6:00 pm CST. 

The Technical Specialists can help to troubleshoot most technical problems occurring with your hardware configuration, interface, or software.
